Blind Wordle: every hit looks yellow
Blind mode removes the most direct positional clue. Every letter that belongs in the answer is yellow, even when you placed it in exactly the right slot.
What yellow means here
Yellow confirms that the answer contains the letter; it says nothing about its position. Do not automatically move a yellow letter, and do not rule out a position just because the same letter is yellow again. Collect the letters you know are present, reject grey letters, and test possible arrangements on purpose.
Example
After a guess such as “STONE”, the S, T and N tiles may all be yellow. They belong to the answer, but S in the first slot might already be correct. A useful next word tries a new arrangement while adding a few untested letters.
Play efficiently
Avoid repeated guesses that test the same arrangement without a reason. Each attempt should either rearrange confirmed letters or reveal additional ones, because you still only have six guesses.
Blind mode questions
Are there green tiles in Blind Wordle?
No. All letters that occur in the answer appear yellow.
Can a yellow letter already be in the right place?
Yes. Yellow does not communicate position in this mode.
How many guesses do I get?
You have six guesses, as in classic mode.
Where can I learn the standard colours?
Play classic Wordle, where a correct position is marked green.
